“It all starts at 1430m altitude”. The most xtreme triathlon in Portugal takes place in Serra da Estrela Natural Park. This iconic place offers the opportunity to our visitors/athletes enjoy one of the best landscapes and Portuguese culture.

But, at the same time, you will be tested through this endurance and rewarding triathlon race!

The ‘warm up’ for this triathlon takes place in Lagoa Vale do Rossim with a 2km swim. Then the fun begins with a 105km road cycling, through one of the biggest ancient glaciar valleys in Europe before you reach the top of highest mountain in Portugal (Torre – 1993m alt.) Make sure your brakes are in good condition for the loooong descents and tight curves along the way until you reach the T2.

For run segment there is no science. 21km. Half way uphill. Half way downhill. Finish line.
